For candidates who took their Initial EMT course with Bay State EMSE.   If you took your course with another Accredited Training Institute (ATI) in Massachusetts or are a retest candidate, please contact us for availability on Psychomotor Examination date, location, and time, and availability. 

If your EMT certification expired and you are a reinstatement candidate due to a lapsed certification, make sure to bring your Psychomotor Examination Authorization to Test Letter (ATT) from the Office of Emergency Medical Services (OEMS). 

Make sure you have your Retest Paperwork from the Office of Emergency Medical Services or Outside Candidate Form signed from your ATI Program Director.
